Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at the hotel, especially since the staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The rooms were cozy and offered a beautiful view, but there were a couple of minor issues like the dampness and a hole in the ceiling. The location was perfect, close to beautiful attractions like Lake Beratan, but I wish there were more dining options nearby. Overall, it was a good value for money!
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a clean and comfortable place with a beautiful view of Beratan Lake. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay enjoyable. While the dining options were somewhat limited and could use improvement, I appreciated the free shuttle service. Overall, it’s a great value for money given its spacious villas and serene location, but the dining experience could benefit from more variety.
Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant with friendly and accommodating staff. The spacious bungalow was well-designed for our family, although we did have some issues with the door. The location was great for visiting nearby attractions, but be prepared for the colder temperatures. Dining was a letdown, with limited options and food not up to par. Overall, it's a decent value for a family-friendly stay, but improvements could be made in some areas.
I had a decent stay at the hotel. The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to help me. The location was beautiful, close to Lake Beratan and perfect for catching sunrises. However, I encountered some cleanliness issues in the shared kitchen and a few old mold spots in the rooms. Overall, it’s good for a one-night stay, but it could use a bit of improvement.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel; it has a lovely location close to Lake Beratan and the refreshing strawberry fields. The rooms were comfortable, but a bit worn out, and it felt cold at times due to the mountain climate. The staff was super friendly and I even received a free upgrade to a private villa, which was a great bonus. However, finding decent restaurants was a challenge in the area, and the dining options at the hotel could use improvement.
