I had a great stay at the hotel, especially since the staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The rooms were cozy and offered a beautiful view, but there were a couple of minor issues like the dampness and a hole in the ceiling. The location was perfect, close to beautiful attractions like Lake Beratan, but I wish there were more dining options nearby. Overall, it was a good value for money!
